Hi I’m Manu Ma’u, a former professional rugby player who was fortunate enough to turn my passion for sport into a career. My journey began at grassroots level in my hometown of Auckland, New Zealand, and took me to competing on some of the biggest stages around the world, including Australia, England, and France. Along the way, I learned what it truly takes to push through challenges, stay disciplined, and perform at your best - both on and off the field.
Now, I use that experience to help develop the next generation of athletes. My training sessions combine gym-based strength and conditioning with field-based drills that build agility and game-day confidence. But for me, this program is about more than just getting fitter or stronger. It’s about helping young athletes develop resilience, leadership, and self-belief - the qualities that support success in sport, school, and life.
