Each school term, we run structured 6 to 8-week programs that combine the best of both worlds - strength and conditioning in the gym and explosive skills work on the field, designed to develop strength, skill, and mindset. We also offer preseason training blocks to help players prepare physically and mentally for the season ahead.
Our sessions are intentionally kept small, allowing every player to receive individual attention, personal feedback, and genuine support. Every session is led by Coach Manu Ma’u, who brings over 10 years of professional playing and training experience — giving athletes the chance to learn directly from someone who’s lived and excelled at the top level of the game.
